The staff were fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating. the services were helpful. - the location was magnificent and stunning, close enough to a beautiful beach and near cafes, restaurants, shops, and the township.

The hotel was located really close to Waitangi, and the Bay of Islands. the staff was knowledgeable and very informative. - We were in a great location within easy walking distance of Paihia Wharf.

Our stay at this place was absolutely amazing. The location here is superb, with beautiful views overlooking the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided, such as the free Wi-Fi and soundproofed rooms, were a great bonus. this place suited our requirements perfectly.

We loved our apartment but could have used a small table in the master suite and some hooks on the back of the ensuite door.

The location - far enough from the traditional hotel areas but still just around the corner from the town. Beautiful views, close to restaurants.

We loved the high spec of the apartment and the well-equipped kitchen at Blue Pacific Quality. The range of teas and coffees was amazing, and the apartment even had a sauna! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and falling asleep to the sound of waves was so peaceful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a supermarket, the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, and the center of Paihia.

Although the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked and the sheets were crunchy, it didn't ruin our overall experience. We also had a minor issue with the insinkerator being a bit smelly, but running hot water through it each morning solved the problem temporarily.

We stayed at the property and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcomed. The apartment met all our expectations. Brillant views of the sea, bright and airy rooms, lovely fluffy towels and bathrobes. The apartment was very clean and fresh. We have travelled worldwide and I can definitely say this was one of the best places we have stayed at that ticked all the boxes. Unfortunately when we were leaving we were told that the staff had been given notice due to new management. Silly management. It will be interesting to see what the property is like in six months time.

Good Location away from main centre but easy stroll. Great views and as elevated was away from road/traffic noise. Living area was small as kitchen took up 1/2 space. 2Nd Bedroom was sparcely furnished and builtin cupboards lean't to office rather than bedroom. Overall enjoyed stay and would recomend for short stay for 2 people . If staying longer than weekend would suggest book one of the larger suites. Thanks for a relaxing weekend.

I liked the simple extras ie fee DVDs, library, 2 x music systems. Location and being elevated the views could be enjoyed in private.

Really enjoyed our stay there, it was really really nice. Everything was fantastic, efficient staff, panoramic views over the beach at the Bay of Islands. Our family apartment was huge. The bed was nice, impeccable service. The place had a family atmosphere.
